Mr. Prendergast brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise regarding trends in the art market and determinants of value of art and objects.  He has been an integral part of many prominent sales originating in Texas, including the Britton Collection of American Furniture, the Baron and Baroness di Portanova Collection, the Estate of Eleanor Whitney Searle McCollum, and the Estate of Robert L. B. Tobin, as well as the Mertz Collection of Australian Art from the University of Texas, and property from the Texas Memorial Museum at the University of Texas.
